You may cancel your order at anytime up until your flowers have arrived at our facility. Once your flowers have arrived, we immediately get to work and all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be given. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our products are customized specially for you. Any changes or modification to the original request or design may require additional labor, materials, shipping delays and charges. We will work closely with you to confirm your design specifications prior to the commencement of the preservation and design process. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact Honeysuckle Flower Preservation LLC personnel with your concerns. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges to return the order to us as well as the return shipment.
