Q: How can I send my flowers to you?
A: Honeysuckle Flower Preservation is based out of Texas in the Texoma area. We recommend all flowers be shipped through either FedEx, UPS or USPS. Our Shipping Policy and Care Guide can be located under the Shipping tab. We will accepts local drop-offs/pickups options for those in the area, but please note depending on arrangement, it may come with an added fuel charge. For local pickups/drop-offs, email us support@honeysuckleflower.com to make arrangements.
Q: What is the estimated return time?
A: Depending on the time of year and size of your order, once we receive your flowers, you can expect to receive your custom products back within approximately 5-6 months.
Q: When should I ship my flowers to you?
A: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! We cannot express this enough, please send your flowers as soon as possible. We highly recommend overnight shipping your flowers to us within 24-48 hours after your event.
Q: How many flowers should I send?
A: The amount of flowers we use can vary depending on what product you purchase and how full you want it. On average, a standard bridal bouquet or funeral arrangement provides enough flowers to cover most orders, however if you are purchasing a larger order, you can add additional flowers as you desire.
Q: Can you preserve flowers that have already been dried?
A: Absolutely! Just make sure the flowers haven’t molded and we can turn them into a beautiful piece for you to cherish for years.
Q: Is shipping included when sending flowers to Honeysuckle Flower Preservation?
A: You are responsible for the cost of your flowers being shipped to Honeysuckle, and Honeysuckle will cover all return shipping costs once we've created your piece.
Q: How should I care for my flowers before shipping them to you?
A: We highly recommend you do your best to handle your flowers with care during and after your event. This will help reduce bruising or tearing of petals. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Packing and Shipping tab https://honeysuckleflower.com/packing-and-shipping.
Q: How should I care for my resin products after receiving them?
A: All flowers are preserved in a high-quality resin. Although these products are durable, you should still handle them with care and make sure to NOT LEAVE YOUR PIECE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT. To keep your product looking fresh you can occasionally wipe it down with a dry microfiber cloth.
Q: Can I add individual products to my package?
A: Absolutely, we are pretty flexible and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Don’t see something you want, or you’re interested in substituting a piece for something a little different? Q: Will my resin products change over time?
A: Although the resin we use is a high quality resin, overtime resin can have the potential to develop a slight golden glow. To reduce the risk of tinting, make sure to KEEP YOUR RESIN PRODUCTS OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
Q: Will my flowers stay the same color?
A: The art of creating a masterpiece with resin can be tricky. We know how special your flowers are and promise to take extra care of them to the best of our ability. Imperfections may exist due to handmade nature, for example bubbles maybe be visible and the color of the flowers may change, this is out of our control. Each flower is different on how it reacts and even the same flower may react differently than the one next to it. White flowers for example may turn off white. Some flowers may even appear translucent and some are better suited for drying than others.
Q: Will I see a bunch of bubbles in my piece?

Q: Do I get to see the design before you start on my custom piece?
A: Absolutely! We are here to make your vision come to life. We will keep in touch with you throughout the entire process. Before we begin the pouring phase, we will send you a design proposal and get your approval before proceeding.
Q: Can I add other items to be preserved with my flowers?
A: Absolutely! Depending on the size of the piece you are ordering, many of our customers have requested to add photos, invitations, poems and a number of keepsake items. Almost all materials can be preserved with resin. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for any items broken or lost during shipment. If it is not clearly documented or visible to our staff it may get overlooked. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are secured during shipment and received by our team.
