Refund Policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Flower preservation is a commissioned custom service performed using flowers supplied by the customer. Because each project is unique and cannot be resold or reassigned, our refund policy is based on the stage of service performed.
Booking Retainer
A $100 booking retainer is charged when an order is placed. The retainer reserves studio production time, planning, communication, and intake preparation and is earned immediately upon booking. The booking retainer is non-refundable and applies toward the total order price.
Cancellation Before Shipping Flowers
If an order is canceled before flowers are shipped or delivered to our facility, any payments made beyond the $100 booking retainer will be refunded to the original payment method.
After Flowers Are Shipped or Received
Once flowers are shipped or delivered to our facility, preservation work begins immediately. Materials are allocated and drying and preparation processes start. From that point forward, all payments made are non-refundable.
Order Changes and Reductions
After flowers have been shipped or delivered to our facility, preservation preparation begins immediately. This includes intake processing, material preparation, and drying of flowers based on the original order size and product selections.
If an order is reduced after flowers have been received and preparation has begun, the $100 booking retainer will be retained as payment for preparation work already completed. Remaining payments, if any, will be applied to the revised order.
Any remaining balance from the original order may be applied as a credit toward the revised order after the modification fee is assessed.
Payment Completion Requirement
All payments must be completed according to the selected payment schedule. Orders cannot be completed, released, or shipped until the account balance and any applicable shipping charges have been paid in full. Failure to complete payment does not create eligibility for a refund.
Non-Payment and Abandonment
Orders with unpaid balances enter Holding Status in accordance with our Payment Policy. Accounts remaining unpaid may be canceled and treated as customer cancellation of a commissioned custom service.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Each piece is custom-made using the customer’s personal flowers and cannot be resold.
Variations and Expectations
Natural variations in flower color, size, and texture are expected and are not defects. Color changes, minor bubbles, and small surface variations are inherent to the preservation and resin process.
