Shipping Policy

Shipping Flowers to Our Studio

Customers are responsible for shipping their flowers to Honeysuckle Flower Preservation. We recommend using a reliable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS and selecting a service that delivers within 24–48 hours when possible. Customers are responsible for packaging their flowers securely and for any damage or loss occurring during inbound transit to our studio.

Return Shipping of Completed Orders

Return shipping of completed preservation pieces is not included in the order price.

When your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you and provide available shipping options. Shipping cost, shipping speed, and optional insurance coverage will be selected by you and invoiced separately prior to shipment.

Shipment will not be released until the shipping invoice and any outstanding balance have been paid.

Customer-Selected Carrier and Risk of Loss

Because the customer selects the shipping method and insurance coverage, the customer is considered the shipper and recipient of record for the return shipment. Once the package is transferred to the selected carrier and accepted by the carrier, risk of loss, delay, or damage transfers to the customer.

We will package your preserved piece carefully and securely; however, Honeysuckle Flower Preservation is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss caused by the shipping carrier after the package leaves our possession.

Shipping Insurance and Claims

Customers may purchase shipping insurance at the time of shipment. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing any insurance claim directly with the carrier. We will provide supporting documentation and photographs of packaging upon request.

Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of shipment confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment. Orders picked up locally transfer to the customer upon pickup and no shipping liability applies.
