Flower Preservation Reservation Deposit

Reserve your place in our preservation calendar.

This listing is a reservation retainer for our custom flower preservation service. Because each keepsake is individually designed and handmade using your real flowers, we accept a limited number of projects at a time. Your deposit secures a production slot and allows us to plan for the arrival of your bouquet.

This is not a finished product purchase.
The deposit is applied toward your final preservation order total.

How the Reservation Process Works

1. Place your reservation deposit to secure your spot in our schedule.

2. Ship or deliver your flowers to our studio following the flower care and shipping instructions provided on our website.

3. Once your flowers arrive safely, we will personally contact you to confirm receipt and review your project details.

4. At that time, you will choose your preservation pieces and payment option.

5. Your flowers are carefully dried, preserved, and transformed into custom keepsakes created specifically for you.

6. Your remaining balance is paid prior to return shipping of your completed pieces.

Payment Options

After your flowers arrive, you may choose one of the following:

• Pay the remaining balance in full when flowers arrive and you decide on what piece(s) you would want.
• Pay half of the remaining balance when flowers arrive and you decide on what piece(s) you would want, and the final half after your design is approved

All balances must be paid prior to shipment of finished pieces.

Your reservation deposit is credited toward your final invoice.

Timeline

Flower preservation is a multi-stage handmade process that includes drying, design, resin pouring, curing, sanding, and finishing.

Typical completion time is approximately 6–9 months from the date your flowers are received by our studio.

Proper curing time is essential for clarity, durability, and long-term stability. We never rush this process, as protecting your flowers and creating a lasting keepsake is our priority.

Reservation & Deposit Policy

Your reservation deposit secures a place for your flowers in our production schedule and is applied toward your final preservation order.

Because we limit how many bouquets we accept at one time, the deposit is non-refundable once the reservation is placed.

Deposits may be transferred to a different preservation piece if you decide to change your design selections.

If your flowers are not shipped or delivered within a reasonable timeframe after booking, we may need to move your project to the next available opening in the schedule.

By Placing Your Reservation

You acknowledge you are booking a custom preservation art service and not purchasing a pre-made retail item. Completion timelines may vary depending on flower condition, curing requirements, and studio workload.
